Assembly Verification

Confirm every component, interface, and seating without cutting anything open.

These 2D slice views reveal correct fitment of this pressure flow valve’s internal assembly within its cast metal housing.

Most assembly defects are not surface defects. They originate at internal interfaces, inside press fits and snap fits, at the seating plane of a gasket, or in the positional relationship between two components that are individually correct but wrong relative to each other. These are the failure modes that escape functional testing, evade visual inspection, and show up as field failures. CT catches them at the source.

Lumafield's platform applies CT-based assembly verification across automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and electronics, where the tolerance between a correct assembly and a dangerous one is often invisible to every other inspection method. A single inspection run produces a complete internal record: component positions measured against design intent, part count confirmed against the bill of materials, and every interface condition documented in three dimensions.
